Job Description
As a Mechanical Assembler, you will use hand and power tools to assemble stainless steel medical cabinets and CO2 incubators. You will follow work instructions and work independently to complete your assigned product, while also collaborating with a team to achieve daily production goals. You will stand at your own workstation throughout the workday, using tools such as hammers, pliers, wire cutters, and screwdrivers to assemble nuts and bolts into the medical cabinets.
ResponsibilitiesAssemble stainless steel medical cabinets and CO2 incubators using hand and power tools.Follow detailed work instructions and blueprints for assembly tasks.Work independently to complete assigned products while contributing to team production goals.Use hammers, pliers, wire cutters, and screwdrivers to assemble components.Stand at a designated workstation for the entirety of the workday.Essential SkillsProficiency in using hand and power tools.Ability to read a tape measure to 1/16\" without assistance.Experience in mechanical assembly.Ability to read blueprints and work instructions.Background in electrical assembly.Additional Skills & Qualifications2 years of assembly experience with electrical integration.Ability to lift 50 lbs.Capability to stand for extended periods.Experience in construction, landscaping, installation, and technician roles is a plus.Why Work Here?
We offer pay increases every 6 months, usually around 50 cents. Work Environment
Our work environment features a structured schedule with 1st Shift running from Monday to Thursday, 5:00 am to 3:30 pm, and 2nd Shift running from Monday to Thursday, 3:30 pm to 2:00 am. You will work in a standing position at your own workstation, using a variety of tools to complete your tasks.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00
