$5000 Hiring Bonus
Starting pay is $30.54 - $35.35/hour + shift differential

What you’ll do:
Utilize your industrial mechanical knowledge in maintaining a high-speed can manufacturing line
Troubleshoot, maintain, repair, and modify all industrial mechanical systems
Use precision measuring tools and work with close tolerances up to .0010
Work with management to improve work area, safety, quality, cost, and productivity
We need you to have:
High school diploma, GED, or equivalency
2+ years of experience as an industrial mechanic
Desire to operate and maintain Silgan's can lines by performing and documenting quality checks and measurements
