Program Summary KBR's Readiness and Sustainment (R&S) division is the Team Behind the Mission®. We deliver mission critical services to the U.S. military and coalition partners around the world. Our key capabilities include base operations; contingency and expeditionary support; next generation asset management; digitally focused logistics; prepositioned stock; and integrated supply chain management. Specifically, this role will be supporting the Marine Corps’ Maritime Prepositioning Force (MPF) and Marine Corps Prepositioning Program (MCPP), who have been operationally invaluable in supporting our Nation’s interests across the world. Located at the Marine Corps Support Facility Blount Island in Jacksonville, Florida, the program ensures that combat-ready equipment and supplies are pre-positioned to support rapid deployment and sustainment of Marine forces worldwide. Job Summary The MCPP Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the staffing needs of various projects and departments. This role involves collaborating with hiring managers, developing effective recruitment strategies, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. **This role is on a military installation at Blount Island – Jacksonville, FL **This role is not eligible for remote work. Roles and Responsibilities + Provide full lifecycle recruiting efforts for cleared and non-cleared positions. + Act as recruiting subject matter expert to the business and advise the Hiring Manager with best practices. + Be accountable for the successful execution of end-to-end recruiting solutions across an assigned area. + Work in a matrixed and complex organization requiring significant consultation, relationship building and partnership. + Source, screen, and identify qualified candidates for direct hire and contingent opportunities. + Maintain high visibility and influence with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to ensure alignment and delivery of all recruiting strategies. + Creatively identify qualified candidates through a variety of recruiting sources including, but not limited to, the internal Applicant Tracking System, internet sources, professional associations, and internal and external job fairs. + Prequalify and submit a slate of candidates to hiring managers for further consideration/selection in the interview process. + Lead and participate in meetings with various parts of the business on a regular cadence. + Leverage strong communication/collaboration skills to build strong cross-functional partnerships and support business demands effectively. + Work alongside experienced Recruiters to develop creative recruiting strategies, attract qualified candidates, and meet customer demands. + Display core competencies and analyze possible solutions while continuing to advance your skillset. + Maximize sourcing tools and mentor others on the team on best practices. + Manage candidate activity through Workday, Phenom (CRM), and MS Teams. + Maintain metrics related to the recruitment function. + Build and maintain strong customer and client relationship networks. + Develop and expand the recruitment and placement of military veterans via the DoD SkillBridge, Hiring Our Heroes platforms, etc. + The position may require overtime including weekend hours and periodic travel up to 25% - both CONUS & OCONUS. + Performs other duties as assigned. Basic Qualifications + Minimum of 4 years' experience working as a recruiter in a structured Talent Acquisition department. + History of working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance expectations. + Experience in a recruiting environment with an emphasis on exceptional client service. + High-volume staffing experience required. + Proven track record working in a consultative recruiting environment. + Experience working in an office setting. + Experience scheduling meetings through Outlook. + Experience utilizing Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. + Strong written and verbal communication skills. + Strong organizational skills. Preferred Qualifications + Previous experience with OCONUS and/or Skilled Labor hiring. + Previous experience managing OFCCP, AAP, EEO and other related compliance requirements. + Experience with an applicant tracking system (Workday preferred).
