Job DescriptionThe U.S McOpCo Alignment Supervisor supports the Strategic Alignment Manager and McOpCo Leadership Team in orchestrating the U.S. McOpCo strategy to life across the organization. This role requires strong analytical, communication, organizational, time management and creative skills. The Supervisor proactively drives exceptional visibility, alignment and engagement of the U.S. McOpCo narrative with key stakeholders through critical communication channels and strategic orchestration. The Supervisor is a strategic-thinker in identifying opportunities to integrate and sequence cross-functional work and in exploring relevant ways to deliver compelling messages that drive desired behaviors among stakeholders. The Supervisor is adept at understanding and synthesizing feedback in a face-paced environment. The position also collaborates with U.S. Media Relations on crisis and issue management, and Brand Communications to execute publicity campaigns.
The position is based out of our global headquarters in Chicago, IL (West Loop) and is a hybrid role with the candidate expected to work from MHQ three days each week.
Job Responsibilities Include:
Internal Communications. Draft written communications and produce and edit multimedia communications and videos using digital platforms to drive desired behaviors, with minimal oversight. Lead the Manager Office and Crew Room communications, staff meetings and special events and webcasts. Support the analysis of digital communication effectiveness and contribute to recommendations for improvement. Cultivate innovative ideas that inspire key audiences to achieve successes in business priorities, harvest results and then celebrate successes. Leverage knowledge of social media platforms for McOpCo communications.Executive Communications. Draft PowerPoint presentations, monthly and quarterly performance messages and video scripts and speeches for the McOpCo VP. Maintain and activate McOpCo communication calendar and proactively draft leadership messages based on the calendar.Orchestration and Campaign Coordination. Work with Chief of Staff and MLT to identify key business priorities across each function, and then weave them together into powerful campaigns to drive change across the business, working with leadership to measure results and impact.Stakeholder Engagement. Meet all deadlines and anticipate when stakeholders will need information. Manage stakeholders so all key parties have information at the right time for preparation. Partner with field Public Relations Managers to coordinate issues and crisis responses. Inform McOpCo leadership of urgent issues for appropriate corrective actions and collaborate with the Media Relations team on media response strategy. Lead with Curiosity and Growth-Mindset, seeking feedback from all stakeholders, prioritizing feedback and adjusting plans based on input.Project Support. Coordinate tests that McOpCo is tasked with executing. Be a reliable, trusted problem-solving partner to MHQ partners to collect and communicate results and strategically implement the tests. Frequently update all stakeholders on the status of tests.Benefits eligible: Yes

The expected salary range for this role is $98,140 - $125,130 per year.
