Job Title: Mechanical Completion (MC) & Commissioning Lead Job Overview

We are seeking a Mechanical Completion (MC) & Commissioning Lead to oversee and manage the mechanical completion and commissioning processes. This role ensures seamless integration with project teams, adherence to industry best practices, and compliance with all required standards.

Key Responsibilities Develop and implement a comprehensive MC and commissioning plan aligned with project timelines and objectives Coordinate with engineering and project management teams to ensure smooth integration of MC and commissioning activities Supervise the mechanical completion process, ensuring proper installation, testing, and documentation of all systems and components Ensure punch lists are effectively managed and resolved in a timely manner Lead commissioning activities, including system testing, start-up procedures, and performance verification of all systems and equipment Develop and implement commissioning procedures and protocols that adhere to industry best practices Manage and direct the MC and commissioning team, including engineers, technicians, and contractors Maintain accurate records of all mechanical completion and commissioning activities, including test results, certificates, and compliance documentation Identify and resolve technical issues that arise during the mechanical completion and commissioning phases Implement lessons learned from previous projects to enhance future commissioning efforts Requirements Proven experience in mechanical completion, commissioning, or project management Strong knowledge of industry standards, compliance requirements, and best practices Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and organizational skills Ability to coordinate across multiple teams and stakeholders Strong documentation and reporting capabilities.
