PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

The Japan MBA Leadership Development Program is intended to attract and develop Japanese MBA talent from US MBA schools to strengthen Ecolab’s functional and business leadership pipelines in Japan.

We are actively looking for students who meet the following criteria:

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of work experience pre-MBA in Finance, Marketing, or Sales with major multinational companiesMBA in Finance, Marketing or ManagementProven leadership skills with the ability to drive self, lead others and provide guidance to senior leaders.Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Ability to translate financial analysis into insights and action plans.People leadership experience preferredDemonstrated results oriented and project management skills, with the ability to manage competing prioritiesSuperior written and verbal communication skills (Japanese) and the ability to interact with multiple levels of management, across functional and business areas, and external customersMust be a Japanese Citizen open to relocating back to Japan
