This position is not a traditional teaching position. All students participate in a robust vocational component in their day, including but not limited to Agriculture, Carpentry, and Mechanics. Many of our students have had adverse reactions to traditional classroom settings; in our school, they are served in small classes with high staff-to-student ratios and natural incentives. Most of our students have Individualized Educational Plans created in conjunction with their sending school districts.

Responsibilities include:
Implementation and adaptation of experiential curriculum with Social Studies team and co-teachers Behavioral support of students in collaboration with co-teachers Implementation of relevant IEP goals Completion of Grades, Quarterly Reports, and Curriculum logs Participation in and Facilitation of afternoon activities Supervision of students during lunch, transitions, and breaks Participation in behavioral, academic, and campus meetings and training
