Job Summary Job SummaryThe successful Alpha teacher believes that ALL students are capable of success. The Math Specialist will lead and support efforts to improve mathematics instruction and student achievement across 3rd-8th grades. This role involves direct instruction, facilitating curriculum adoption, providing professional development, coaching teachers, and analyzing student data to implement research-based instructional strategies. The ideal candidate will collaborate with educators, school leaders, and families to foster a culture of rigorous, student-centered, and equitable math learning.
