Maternal Fetal Medicine Physician

Cook County Health is seeking a dedicated Maternal Fetal Medicine (MFM) physician to join its exceptional team, serving patients across the greater Chicago area. In this role, the attending physician will assist with the day-to-day operations of the department and division under the direction of the Department Chair. The MFM physician will play a critical role in ensuring the division provides the highest quality of care, meeting both national and local standards, while actively participating in quality and safety initiatives. * Must be a Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy Medicine (DO) from an accredited college or university
* Must be licensed as a physician in Illinois or must obtain license prior to starting employment
* Must have or be able to obtain a valid Illinois Controlled Substance prior to starting employment
* Must have or be able to obtain a valid licensure with the Federal Drug Enforcement Administration prior to starting employment
* Must successful show completion of an ACGME accredited or equivalent residency program in Obstetrics and Gynecology
* Must be board-certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology or board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology; or must obtain board certification within 2 years of starting employment
* Successful completion of an ACGME approved maternal fetal medicine (MFM) fellowship or anticipated successful completion of MFM fellowship is required before starting employment
* Must have at least 2 years of previous experience
