Position Purpose:

Under the direction of the Director of Surgical Services the Materials/Inventory Control Technician is responsible for ordering, stocking and maintaining supplies for the surgical services department. Responsible for monitoring and removing any recalled supplies and maintaining equipment through logistics. Spearheading the accurate and timely biannual physical inventory count and paperwork. Accurate materials bar coding and record keeping. Maintaining surgeon preference cards as relates to supplies and equipment.
