Summary THIS IS A NATIONAL GUARD TITLE 32 EXCEPTED SERVICE POSITION. This National Guard position is for a MATERIALS HANDLER, Position Description Number PDD1954000 and is part of the WY 153rd Logistics Readiness Squadron, Wyoming Air National Guard. This is a Title 32 Dual Status Technician Excepted Service position. Military affiliation is required. Responsibilities This position is located in the Wyoming Air National Guard, 153d Mission Support Group, 153d Logistics Readiness Squadron (LRS), Asset Management Section of the Materiel Management Flight. The primary purpose of this position is to carry out the complete warehousing operations relating to mobility assets to include providing management control, oversight, coordination, and implementation of the base Individual Protective Equipment, Airborne/Non-airborne Readiness Spares Packages, War Reserve Material, and Weapons programs and operations. This position facilitates the primary mission of managing base mobility assets to include the accountability, reporting, receiving, distributing, tracking and maintenance of critical mobility related material. Serves as technical advisor to the Wing Commander, staff, and base personnel regarding mobility assets. ** This is NOT an all-inclusive list of duties. ** Requirements Conditions of Employment KEY REQUIREMENTS: Open to current or prior service active duty, reserve or national guard members of one of the branches of the US Air Force, Army, Navy, Marines, or Coast Guard, Military members: Submit vMPF Rip, DVR, ERB/STP, ERS, MBS, or PDR with resume. Area 2: Permanent and indefinite Wyoming Air National Guard (ANG) T32 Dual Status technicians employed within the Wyoming Air National Guard. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Must possess experience or training which demonstrates the ability to compare item identification against receiving reports and issue request forms; skill in using hand trucks, dollies, and other equipment to move stock; ability to use hammers, pliers, and other hand tools; and to follow oral and written instructions. SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Must possess experience or training in receiving, packaging, and preparation for shipment. Experience in compiling reports, overall warehouse planning, documentation requirements, and accepted warehousing methods, procedures, and techniques. Experience setting up and rotating storage locations considering factors such as life expectancy, available space, product turnover, etc. NOTE: Minimum Requirements and Specialized Experience will be used to determine qualifications for the announced position. MILITARY REQUIREMENTS: Selected candidates will be required to be in a compatible military grade and assignment prior to the effective date of placement. COMPATIBLE MILITARY ASSIGNMENTS: Must possess or be able to obtain AFSC 2S0X1, Material Management. Enlisted 2S0X1 ASVAB Requirements: Must possess a minimum score of "41" in Administration OR a minimum score of "44" in the General portions of the ASVAB. Medical Profile PULHES must not be greater than 333333. Must be able to lift 60 lbs. unassisted. DRIVER'S LICENSE: Must possess a valid driver's license.
