Planning & Fulfillment Manager
Your role and responsibilitiesIn this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for end-to-end planning of inventory, including Sales in Excess of invoicing from purchase requisition to customer invoice. Each day, you will support internal customer service inquiries. You will also showcase your expertise by setting inventory parameters and targets and ensuring adequate replenishment of inventory through purchase orders.The work model for the role is: onsite (#Li-Onsite)This role is contributing to the Electrification Smart Power division in Miami, FL. You will be mainly accountable for:Defining inventory policies based on specified segmentation.Calculating and maintaining the inventory parameters, including safety stock, reorder point, lot size, lead time, and replenishment strategies, in the planning systems and the ERPs.Coordinating material planning with call-offs to ensure that purchase requisitions are converted into purchase orders in collaboration with operations buyers and services.Collaborating with buyers to achieve the best possible supplier performance in terms of supplier on-time delivery, Minimum Order Quantity, quality, lead time, and flexibility.
Qualifications for the roleBachelor’s degree in engineering, or equivalent field4 years of experience in planning or inventory management roles and desirable knowledge in commercial operationsSolid knowledge of inventory optimization, supply chain process and inventory control required, as well as Stock Planning and MRP deep knowledgeStrong user skills and experience with Power BI systems, MS Office, specifically with Excel (advanced) and Word are essential and user knowledge of SAP modules: SD, MM, MRP and APOBilingual in Spanish and English is an advantage
