Planning & Fulfillment Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for end-to-end planning of inventory, including Sales in Excess of invoicing from purchase requisition to customer invoice. Each day, you will support internal customer service inquiries. You will also showcase your expertise by setting inventory parameters and targets and ensuring adequate replenishment of inventory through purchase orders.The work model for the role is: #LI-OnsiteGlobal relocation/LTA support will not be considered for this position.This role is contributing to the ABB Electrification Installation Products plant in Guadalupe. You will be mainly accountable for:•\tDefining inventory policies based on specified segmentation.•\tCalculating and maintaining the inventory parameters, including safety stock, reorder point, lot size, lead time, and replenishment strategies, in the planning systems and the ERPs.•\tCoordinating material planning with call-offs to ensure that purchase requisitions are converted into purchase orders in collaboration with operations buyers and services.•\tCollaborating with buyers to achieve the best possible supplier performance in terms of supplier on-time delivery, Minimum Order Quantity, quality, lead time, and flexibility.Our team dynamicsYou will join a talented team, where you will be able to thrive.

Qualifications for the role

\tYou have 1-2 years of experience in planning and purchasing.\tYou have experience with SAP.\tIf you have a supply chain or APICS course is a plus.\tYou are at ease communicating in English in an advance level.\tYou have a Bachelor’s Degree completed.
