What You'll Do as a Food Production Material Handler:

Keep the stockroom running smoothly by picking parts, transporting orders, and participating in inventory counts.Utilize industry-standard AS400/Ultriva systems to locate parts, manage shipments, and ensure everything is accounted for.Safely transport materials to maintain operational flow by utilizing forklifts, pallet jacks, scales, and controlling AGVs.Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring parts are properly labeled and easily accessible.Be a team player, following safety protocols, and contributing to a positive work environment.Requires passing a forklift assessment while operating equipment

Work Experience

The Preferred Candidate Might:

Have previous forklift experience or certificationAbility to use pallet jacks, scales, and initiate the operation of AGV’sBe able to work independently with minimal supervisionHave a strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skillsBe a team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to safetyNeed to stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, reach, or repeatedly carry 50 lbs.
