What You’ll Be Doing: Safely handle and dispose of waste materials Operate forklifts, balers, and compactors to manage recyclables Maintain clean work areas, including roll-off dumpsters and waste receptacles Track waste and recycling data in Excel/count sheets Assist with environmental tasks and hazardous waste disposal Lift and transport materials (50-75 lbs.) as needed What We’re Looking For: High School Diploma or GED preferred Experience operating forklifts, balers, and compactors Basic computer skills (SAP knowledge a plus) Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Why Choose BelFlex?
