Your Role:

As a Material Handler, you will play a crucial role in our production process. Your responsibilities will include:

Official loading of product to railcars and trucks Provide official quality control testing Learn start-up and shutdown procedures for equipment Collaborating with team members to recommend improvements in efficiency and quality Engaging in safety committees and quality improvement initiatives. Communicating effectively with coworkers and management to ensure smooth operations. Ensuring a clean and safe production area while performing routine maintenance.

What We’re Looking For:

Availability: Must be able to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Skills: Basic math skills and the ability to communicate professionally with team members and supervisors. Attention to Detail: We need individuals who are detail-oriented and capable of making sound decisions. Equipment Operation: Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment is a plus. Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Health & Safety: Must pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen. Training: Must be available to start training mid-January or later. The training schedule will run Monday to Thursday, with weekends off to return home.
