Working in a team-based environment to perform material handling duties within a warehouse, duties include picking & packing to meet tight targets ensuring orders are shipped right first time/on time.

A day in the Life:Perform warehouse duties inline with current SOP’s and in compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practice. Fully adopt company’s PPI (Practical Improvement Program), 5S.Required to safely operate distribution equipment, as required, ie Counterbalance and Reach truck are important, full up to date license required.Must have good PC skills to use in house software packages for Pick/Pack/Ship daily of customer orders.Maintain records to stay in sync with regulatory requirements, GMPs & SOP’sOperate and maintain mechanical equipment.Perform any in process checks.Performs duties in a safe and efficient manner.Ensure housekeeping standards are metSupportive of changes. ·Keys to Success:

 

EducationEffective verbal and written communicator with colleagues at all levels.Computer Literate – Relevant Systems (E1, Trax, Agile) Intermediate Excel skills ExperienceA good operational understanding of the department and Distribution operation

Will walk, stand, reach, and lift up to 25kgs on a continuous basis.Will be required to stand for extended durations.Will routinely push and pull up to 25kgsMay handle “packaged” hazardous materialsRequired to walk and may occasionally sit, kneel & crouch.The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to high.Must be available to work any shift (with advance notice of shift change)Must be flexible to work varying schedules, hours, and overtime as needed.Occasional travel may be required 0-10% Benefits
