**Material Handler /Forklift Operator – Day & Night Shifts Available | $18/HR + Overtime Opportunity** Location: Ridgefield Park, NJ **Overview:** We’re seeking reliable and experienced Forklift Operators to support warehouse and production operations in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment. This role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, experience in material handling, and a commitment to quality and compliance standards. Overtime is available for those looking to earn more! **Key Responsibilities:** • Adhere to all GMPs, Work Instructions, HACCP principles, and internal policies related to the Product Safety Management System (PSMS) • Load and offload trucks, maintain organized shipping areas, and stage materials for manufacturing • Report any product safety concerns to management or Quality Assurance • Support material movement and storage processes, including line clearance and staging for upcoming production runs • Ensure raw materials are delivered to departments (printing, laminating, slitting) prior to setup • Remove broken pallets and full scrap gaylords from the production floor • Keep WIP (Work in Progress) areas—including the curing room—organized and clean • Return unused materials to the warehouse and pull finished goods for storage • Assist with quality control handling of returned goods and place in designated hold areas • Check incoming pallets for labeling and condition; rework as necessary • Supply production teams with materials and remove unused items from floor • Inspect and report on pallet racks and storage conditions • Ensure all products are properly covered and off the floor • Enforce safety protocols, including managing building entry and forklift inspection logs • Maintain a clean, safe warehouse environment **Requirements:** • **Minimum 2 years of forklift experience** – Required • **Forklift Certification** – Preferred (Must pass in-house test if not certified) • Must pass forklift and reach test during interview process • Basic reading skills required to follow BOLs and inventory sheets • High School Diploma or GED • **Bilingual (Spanish)** – Required **Schedule Options:** + **Day Shift** : Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM + **Night Shift** : Sunday to Thursday, 6:00 PM – 7:00 AM **Pay:** $18.00 per hour + **Overtime Opportunities** **Pay Details:** $18.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
