Position Summary: 

General areas of responsibility include receiving supplier shipments; picking internal customer orders; shipping, and inventory organization, management and control. Positions in the warehouse are responsible for the efficient use of the organization's storage and distribution facilities. Responsible for inspection, identification, and delivery to stocking locations. Picks and stages finished goods Stock Transfer Orders (STOs) for loading and shipping.

The normal working hours for this position are anticipated to be 6:00am - 6:30pm working a 2-2-3 rotation schedule. 

Primary Responsibilities:

Pick, pack, and deliver orders for direct materials used in Manufacturing and Packaging LinesProcess Stock Transfer Orders to Distribution CenterMove material to storage bins or staging areas with proper equipment following all SOPsAssure quality, accuracy, and compliance with GMP’s in shipping, receiving and the warehouse operation while maintaining a timely throughput of operationsAccurately receives goods, verifies items against the record of shipment, and inspects conditionOperate motorized and non-motorized material handling equipment in a safe mannerHandles and maintains flow of materials and products in manufacturing areas according to established guidelines.Performs all work in accordance with established safety standards and adheres to all safety policies, rules, regulations, and proceduresMonitors warehouse space requirements and assist with maintaining proper warehouse utilizationExhibit safe work habits while maintaining a clean, near and orderly work areaOther responsibilities include data entry, cycle counting, and forklift battery maintenanceAssess safety and environmental risks to ensure tasks adhere to HSE policies and HMSPerforms other duties as assigned by Management

Education, Skills, & Experience:

High School Diploma/GED required with 0 years of experience.Experience in warehouse and operating the equipment below is highly desiredLong John/High Rise - Ride on stand up pallet jackPallet JackForkliftValid driver's license is requiredAble to safely operate Power Industrial Trucks (PIT) including narrow aisle reach trucks in all directionsKnowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and use of RF scanner
