Material Handler
**Job Title: Material Handler** **Job Description** As a Material Handler, you will be responsible for cycle counts, data entry, forklift operation, saw operation, and maintaining efficiency in computer systems. Safety is the top priority in this role. **Responsibilities** + Conduct cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy + Operate forklifts to move materials within the warehouse + Utilize saws and other equipment for material handling + Enter data into computer systems accurately and efficiently + Ensure adherence to safety protocols at all times **Essential Skills** + Forklift operation + Warehouse experience + Material handling + Proficiency in computer systems and basic math skills + Ability to read and use a ruler **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with RF scanners + Knowledge of inventory control, picking, packing, and shipping and receiving + Experience with hand and power tools, including tape measures and blueprints + Experience in a metals facility or manufacturing-related environment + High School Diploma or GED + Minimum of 1+ years of warehouse and production experience **Why Work Here?** This organization has experienced significant growth, doubling its employee size over the last 3-5 years. The dress code includes jeans, t-shirts, steel-toed shoes, and provided PPE. Shifts are as follows: 1st shift: 6am-2pm, 2nd shift: 2pm-10pm, 3rd shift: 10pm-6am.
