**Job Title: Material Handler | Holland, MI** **$18-$19/hr depending on shift | Can start within the week** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Material Handler for our 1st shift. The successful candidate will be responsible for efficiently managing materials within our warehouse and line locations. This role involves picking and putting away parts, confirming finished goods, conducting physical inventory counts, and more. **Responsibilities** + Pick and put away parts in the warehouse and line locations. + Confirm finished goods and deliver them to the dock. + Conduct physical inventory counts. + Report and transfer manufacturing scrap. + Restock hardware to assembly lines. + Respond to requests from manufacturing lines and deliver material. + Assist in the receiving area with loading and unloading trucks when needed. + Follow proper industrial equipment guidelines. **Essential Skills** + Prior hi-lo and forklift experience. + Valid and clear driver's license with no restrictions. + 6 months or more of material handling experience. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with production, material handling, picking and packing. + Proficiency with equipment such as pallet jacks and order picking. **Work Environment** We design and build cleaning equipment for industrial and commercial markets. Our shipping department is clean and organized, though it can get hot during the summer. The role involves a significant amount of manual labor, including bending, twisting, and standing all day. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Holland, Michigan. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
