**_NOW HIRING A MATERIAL COORDINATOR!_** **Location -** Miramar, CA **Shift -** 1st Shift (7:00AM - 3:30PM Mon - Fri) **Pay Rate -** $19 - 20/HR **Job Description -** The Materials Coordinator ensures that work orders are effectively flowing through the shop per an established priority system. This role is critical in reducing past dues and limiting late orders to both the external and internal customers. + Move and organize orders at every department each day to ensure orders are run in proper order + Track and expedite orders that are late on the shop floor + Locate missing orders and coordinate proper next steps with various departments + Consistently move orders from outbound racks to the next step in the process, while continuing to properly prioritize + Coordinate and communicate issues to relevant teams + Fully track high-priority orders throughout the life cycle when required + Provide and implement continuous improvement ideas for better warehouse flow + Comply with safety regulations and maintain a clean and orderly work area + Be physically present with regular and dependable attendance **Essential Skills/Qualifications -** + Experience in material handling or relatable warehouse duties + Knowledge of safety policies and procedures and ability to promote compliance with them + Good communication skills and attention to detail + Ability to use a computer and operate an ERP system + Ability to work independently and with a team + Experience working in a manufacturing environment - highly preferred + Experience with shipping, receiving, and kitting - highly preferred + Ability to work with a large volume of tiny parts + Must be able to stand for 8 hours **Why Work Here?** We are a growing, global company that promotes opportunities for personal and professional growth.
