Miller Brother Staffing in Lancaster, PA has the immediate need of experienced Material Handlers for 1st and 3rd shift.
Pay Rate – $19-$20/hour
Shift:
3rd Shift: 7pm-7am on a Rotating Schedule. 44 hours 1 week, 36 hours next week. Every other weekend off. Candidates will always know their schedule for the year.

Training Schedule for first 2 weeks: Monday-Friday 7am- 3-4pm then will move to rotating schedule

Responsible for movement of materials and feeding product on machinery.
Material Handler Job Duties: Maintains inventory by identifying, labeling, and placing materials and supplies in stock; recording location of inventory. Locates materials and supplies by pulling and verifying materials and supplies listed on production orders. Maintains in-process inventory at work centers by delivering and opening materials and supplies. Documents materials and supplies disposition by recording units delivered and location of units. Prepares finished stock for shipment by identifying, pulling, packing, crating, loading, and securing product. Documents product shipment by recording units shipped. Maintains material-handling equipment by completing pre-use inspections, making operator repairs. Skills/Qualifications:
Organization, Scheduling, Analyzing Information, Dealing with Complexity, Deadline-Oriented, Time Management, Process Improvement, Safety Management, Inventory Control, Lifting Must have reliable transportation Must have experience operating sit-down forklifts Must have past production/manufacturing experience Strong written and verbal communication skills Physical Demands: Lifting up to 50 pounds. Must be able to squat, bend, twist, kneel, and stand for duration of shift.
