**Job Title: Material Handler - 1st and 2nd shift - $19-22/hr** **Job Description** As a Material Handler, you will utilize a stand-up forklift to move products from fabrication to paint. You will also perform inventory transactions using a handheld scanner and shipping software. This role includes assisting other material handlers in the fabrication department. **Responsibilities** + Operate a stand-up forklift to move products. + Conduct inventory transactions using a handheld scanner. + Assist other material handlers in the fabrication department. + Use strong computer skills to utilize shipping software. **Essential Skills** + Experience in inventory, material handling, part picking, or similar position. + Proficiency in using RF scanning devices. + Effective communication in English (speaking, reading, writing, and understanding). + Basic counting, adding, and subtracting skills. + Good organization, attention to detail, and time management skills. + Ability to work independently in a fast-paced team environment. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Ability to lift/carry up to 10 lbs constantly and up to 50 lbs occasionally. + Capability to push/pull up to 100 lbs occasionally. + Perform tasks that involve walking and standing for full 8-12 hour shifts. + Frequent use of hands and fingers to pick parts, grip objects, tools, and scanner. + Occasional crouching, kneeling, bending, stooping, and reaching forward and overhead. + Bending, twisting/turning, pushing/pulling, reaching overhead, and grasping tools as necessary. + Operate powered equipment as required. **Why Work Here?** We offer a competitive benefits package including quarterly profit sharing, access to a state-of-the-art gym, medical, dental, vision, life, and short-term disability insurance. The paint department is air-conditioned, but most of your time will be spent moving materials in the fabrication area where the paint line/track is located. Be prepared to work in warm conditions. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $22.70 - $22.70/hr.
