Material Handler
Our client is seeking a 2nd Shift Material Handler to join their team. As a Material Handler, you will be part of the Resin department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title:** Material Handler - 2nd Shift **Location:** Turtle Lake, WI **Pay Range:** $18.70 **What's the Job?** + Prioritize workload of all associates and coordinate training of Resin employees as needed. + Delegate duties as instructed by the Supervisor and supervise operations within the department. + Perform set up functions and assist in troubleshooting issues as they arise. + Communicate effectively with production and other support departments. + Transfer information to other departments in a timely manner, including written and electronic work orders. **What's Needed?** + Ability to train on 1st shift before moving to 2nd. + Strong multitasking and leadership skills. + Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Email, Google Sheets, and other applications. + Ability to walk upwards of 3-5 miles/day, and work in a hot environment. + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. **What's in it for me?** + Starting Pay of $18.70/hr + Weekly Pay with Direct Deposit + Temp to Hire + Work in a dynamic environment with a supportive team. + Engage in continuous learning and training opportunities. **Upon completion of waiting period associates are eligible for:** + Medical and Prescription Drug Plans + Dental Plan + Supplemental Life Insurance + Short Term Disability Insurance + 401(k) If this is a role that interests you and you'd like to learn more, click apply now and a recruiter will be in touch with you to discuss this great opportunity.
