As a Material Handler you will:
\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
Duties and Responsibilities
\r\n\r\n\r\n\tPerforms prescription packaging that entails handling HIPAA sensitive information and medication information.\r\n\tPerforms prescriptions sortation utilizing handheld scanners.\r\n\tCompletes the sortation process by scanning the prescription shipping label barcode and confirming the accurate location by scanning the location bin barcode.\r\n\tAfter confirmation, the prescription is placed in the accurate bin.\r\n\tPerforms audits for closed bins: This entails performing a physical count of the closed tote, and then comparing the physical count to the tote manifest systematic count.\r\n\tIf the count does not match communication to management is required to rectify the discrepancy.\r\n\tReading and analyzing application screens and pops up windows to ensure that all HIPAA sensitive information is being followed by standard operating procedures.\r\n\tPerforms chain of custody audit (COC): Records total bins created in the system, by location, for a production day.\r\n\tEnsure that the total tote system count equals the physical count.\r\n\tResponsible for having the pickup driver sign for the correct tote count.\r\n\tRestocks workstations with daily supply needs.\r\n\tIn addition to basic cleaning responsibility: Taking out trash, wiping down surfaces, sweeping, etc.\r\n\tPerforming proof of delivery (POD): Duplicating and recording a series of numbers on shipping labels to a physical receipt.\r\n\tCompleting proof of delivery: Verifying and signing off on POD ensure recordings are accurate.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
Skills:
\r\n\r\n\r\n\tOperate a pallet jack\r\n\tOperate scanning units\r\n\tBasic computer skills\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\tHigh school diploma or GED.\r\n\r\n\r\nThis is a Full Time, Contract opportunity.
\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
Shift: 2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday 1:00pm-9:30pm
\r\n\r\nDuration: 6 Months
\r\n\r\nLocation: W SACRAMENTO, California
\r\n\r\nPay Rate: $18 to $20 per hour.
\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
