Turbomachinery & Process Solutions (TPS) operates across 120 countries and serves the entire energy value-chain and industrial sector. We hold an extensive portfolio of rotating equipment, process flow, transmission technology and lifecycle services. Our Instrument Control Engineering team uses cutting-edge technology to design gas and steam turbines, compressors and expanders.

Your key role in on time delivery

You will be responsible for the analysis and resolution of Site Non Conformities (NC) and relevant delivery. You will focus on solving customer issue with maximum efficiency and effectiveness. You will perform accurate defect analysis to feed all the related quality initiatives from relevant opening to closure.

As a Material Expert Service Fulfillment Manager, you will be responsible for:

Carrying out defect analysis using necessary tools to verify root cause of defect, registering analyzed result in system.

Evaluating, if necessary, with support of engineering function or suppliers, the possible solutions, both technically and financially.

Managing necessary cost approval process, implementing selected solution, documenting accurate details in system and work closely with other function.

·Ensuring compliance of cycle time resolution of the issue from opening until delivery. Following applicable procedure and work instructions.

·Ensuring timely delivery of the material to site.

·Carrying out FOC process for assigned NC.

·Supporting the initiatives related to above activities & promoted by the Region, as established by the management.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

·Have a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college, preferred in engineering or any other related course.

·Have minimum of 2 years of previous experience in a material/quality/analytics function or FSE or Engineering

·Have analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

·Able to communicate in fluent English.

·Have ability to lead and motivate others to accomplish business objectives.

·Have ability to multi -task in a high-pressure environment.

·Have ability to organize, prioritize tasks, risks, resources, milestones and deliverables.

·Have solid interpersonal skills. Communication skills with multiple function.

·Have knowledge of ISO9001, O&G product knowledge, proficient in MS Excel.
