Responsibilities:
Unload and accept incoming deliveries at the warehouse docks
Verify package contents and process receipt transactions within ERP system utilizing portable scanning devices or by manual methods
Have awareness in identifying storage and handling requirements for temperature sensitive and hazardous materials
Label inventory materials and store in appropriate storage conditions
Record non-stock packages for traceability and route to end users
Monitor daily email notifications and support requests from internal customers
Identify discrepancies within a delivery and utilize Exception/Quickbase application to communicate to Buyers as a Receiving issue for resolution
Understand the different delivery types and various warehouse transactions
Operate power industrial trucks such as forklifts and pallet jacks
Support other cross functional teams within the warehouse as needed
Thoroughly understand work instructions and procedures associated with warehouse activities to stay in compliance and ensure quality of work
Establish and maintain cooperative relationships with all departments contacted in the course of work
Interact and communicate with colleagues in other departments such as but not limited to Purchasing, Planning, Customer Service, Quality, and Logistics to address Receiving related matters
Requirements:
1-2 years' experience, preferably in a life sciences manufacturing environment, with temperature sensitive products
Familiar with GMP's and ISO regulated environments
Working computer literacy using an ERP system, spreadsheet and word processing software, inventory control and work order procedures are required (SAP preferred)
Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
Proficient in use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access)
Ability to execute basic analysis and resolve minor problems independently
Excellent math skills, strong organizational skills and very detail oriented
Excellent verbal and written communication, analytical and interpersonal skills
Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time and occasionally lift to 40lbs to a 36-inch height.

The estimated base hourly range for the Material Coordinator 2 role based in the United States of America is: $17.21 - $25.86. Should the level or location of the role change during the hiring process, the applicable base pay range may be updated accordingly.
