Fujifilm Diosynth Biotechnologies U.S.A., Inc. is seeking a Material Control Coordinator III to work in our Biotechnology Manufacturing Plant in RTP, NC. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing tasks at pre-defined levels within projects or operations.

 

The candidate is a competent operation professional responsible for performing tasks at predefined levels within projects or operations. Tasks may be routine in nature, expertise is generally limited to areas of responsibility. The candidate understands the “why” part of the job and demonstrates knowledge of internal customers and support area requirements.

MAJOR ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Raw material and gas samplingExecuting shipping and receiving procedures for all GMP and Non-GMP materials and/or finishes productsDispensing Raw Materials, Acids, Caustic and Consumables to Manufacturing Formulation or Batch RecordsReceiving verification and staging of Raw Materials, Acids, Caustic and ConsumablesLabeling and staging dispensed materials for manufacturingPerforming Formulation or Batch record materials issuance calculationsPerforming inventory cycle counts/transactions Reconcile inventoryTraining new employees on related tasksPerform general operations within minimal direction Perceived as a subject matter expertOrder supplies and maintain stock min/max levelOther duties as assigned

 

ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE:
Reports to Supervisor Material Services

 

Education/Experience Required:

High School Diploma/GED 5+ years experience in a cGMP environment or equivalent

 

FDBU works with technical data, technology and materials that are subject to U.S. export laws and regulations. This position will require access to technical data, technology and source code that is controlled under U.S. export laws and regulations, including but not limited to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations at 22 C.F.R. Parts 120 – 130 and Export Administration Regulations in 15 C.F.R. Part 730 – 774, as may be amended. To conform to these laws and regulations, applicants must be U.S. citizens, lawful permanent residents of the U.S., protected individuals as defined by 8 USC 1324(b)(a)(3) (i.e., asylees and refugees) or otherwise eligible for an export authorization from the U.S. Department of State or U.S. Department of Commerce.
