Mater Data Analyst

 As a Master Data Analyst you collect, vet, and maintain critical data while ensuring completeness, compliance, and accuracy. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with our supplier partners to ensure complete and accurate product content including marketing, nutritional information, and electronic images.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Work with assigned suppliers to get complete item data and images for items. Provide supplies and education for suppliers and internal departments related to GDSN, GS1 Standards, and Quality Product data. Coordinate new supplier Onboarding. Work with other teams, end users, and manufacturers to determine corrective action when data errors arise. Create and maintain documentation on processes. Collaborate with the warehouse team to reduce operational impacts of inaccurate item data. Apply lean thinking and tools to identify and eliminate waste.

YOU MUST HAVE

Bachelor’s Degree in applicable field or equivalent Dot experience. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective verbal and written communication. Excellent interpersonal skills when interacting with internal& external customers. Excellent organization and follow-up skills. Success in a collaborate and fast-paced environment.

YOU MAY ALSO HAVE

Good understanding of internal departments and customers’ needs. Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment. Experience with Product Data Governance, GS1 Standards, GDSN, and PIM Experience with Microsoft Excel, including working knowledge of V-lookup & pivot tables.


ROLE SPECIFICS

Occasional travel required. Must have ability to travel independently as needed, without restriction, by all modes of transportation, including car, plane, or train for customer/vendor calls, trainings, or meetings.
