JOB DESCRIPTION:

SUMMARY OF POSITION

Provides case management, life skills, group and individual therapy on site for participants in the Bartholomew County Community Corrections Women Recovering with a Purpose (WRAP) Program. This position is housed within Community Corrections. Collaborates with Community Corrections Program Staff/Administration to ensure compliance with WRAP Program Policies, Standards and Practices. Provides initial assessments for each identified WRAP Participant; those assessments may be conducted inside the Bartholomew County Jail. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

•    Maintain necessary communications and reporting with referral sources and other involved parties as approved by client.
•    Maintain effective working relationships with the clinical team
•    Maintain timely/accurate clinical records in accordance with organization policies.
•    Maintain effective relationships with Community referral sources.
•    Participate in the development and implementation of quality clinical practices. 
•    Meet billable hour productivity standards/number of required contacts with clients in the program. 
•    Complete ANSA/CANS assessments and reassessments on time.
•    Complete clinical documentation within two business days of the service provided.
•    Complete treatment plans and other clinical service authorizations in a timely manner.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

•    Effectively communicate via written, verbal, in person and virtual methods. 
•    Provides excellent customer services skills.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education Level               
Master’s degree in social work, psychology, or related field is required. 

Years of Experience        
Three to five years’ experience in behavioral health environment is preferred.  
Experience in evidence-based and best practices interventions is preferred. 

Certification/Licensure  
Must have an active three letter or associate license.

$43,900.00--$61,370.00
