They are looking for a talented and motivated Masterplanner to join the team. The role involves contributing to high-profile international urban design projects, from city-wide strategies to district-scale masterplans. The ideal candidate will have exceptional design skills, a collaborative mindset, and a keen awareness of current urban design trends and best practices.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage urban design projects. Create Pre-concept and Concept Masterplan schemes. Develop urban design strategies, diagrams, and technical studies. Coordinate with team members and external consultants. Participate in client presentations, explaining urban design concepts.

Qualifications:

Degree in architecture and a master's in urban design or equivalent. Minimum 4 years of relevant masterplanning experience. Strong design and hand-drawing skills. Proficiency in GIS, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite. Excellent communication skills, both graphical and verbal. Knowledge of international standards and requirements. Strong organizational and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and take project ownership. Proactive problem-solving approach.
