Qualifications: + 2+ years of Prior Automotive Service Technician experience REQUIRED. + Open to ALL brand experience. + The ideal candidate must have a strong desire to succeed & strong negotiation skills. + Ability to build rapport with clients. The estimated annual earning range for this position is $55,200.00 to $85,200.00, which includes bonus opportunities such as Production/Productivity.Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, as well as a variety of other benefits, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).
