Main purpose of the role

The role of the Graduate Master Scheduler within a plant is to aid the Master Scheduler and PC&L Manager with data gathering, data manipulation and reporting.

 

Essential responsibilities and duties

 

The main missions of the role are:

Run reports in SAP, update reports and distribute to relevant partiesMaintain Customer orders in relevant portalsEscalate any customer order errors to relevant support departments and ensure that errors are clearedUpdate customer order fulfillment reports and graphsTrack customer orders against program volumes and forecasts to ensure customers order as forecastedResponsible for administration with regards to exportsExtract and manipulate data and update Inventory accuracy reports and graphsSupport any other activities in PC&L from time to time as required

 

Qualifications and position requirements

 

Minimum education level:  

National diploma in logistics or related qualification

Experience :

Experience in SAP and Excel

Skills and competencies:

Literate in MS Excel and SAP
