Your role and responsibilitiesIn this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for creating, maintaining, and managing production schedules to ensure that operations run smoothly and efficiently. This role involves coordinating with various departments, analyzing production data, and optimizing schedules to meet production goals.The work model for the role is onsite. #LI-OnsiteThis role is contributing to the Electrification Smart Power division in Senatobia, MS.You will be mainly accountable for:•\t•\tDevelop and manage production schedules to ensure optimal productivity and efficiency.•\tCoordinate with different departments to understand their scheduling needs and requirements.•\tCreate detailed reports on production plans, progress, and any changes to the schedule.•\tAnalyze production specifications and plant capacity data to determine manufacturing processes, tools, and human resource requirements.•\tResolve issues that could potentially impact schedule adherence and order fulfillment.•\tIdentify and implement process improvements to enhance scheduling efficiency.•\tMonitor material inventories, track production progress, and review factors affecting schedules.
Qualifications for the role\tBachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field\t1+ years of experience as a Master Scheduler or in a similar role in scheduling, inventory management, or a similar role within a manufacturing or supply chain environment\tProficiency in scheduling software ensuring optimal efficiency of the plant and systems; SAP preferred\tStrong understanding of production planning and scheduling processes\tExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills\tStrong communication and interpersonal skills\tAbility to work effectively in a team environment and lead when necessary
