Master Scheduler
ManTech is seeking a skilled, professional and service-oriented **Master Scheduler III** join our vehicle sustainment team. The selected candidate will provide maintenance and logistics support to multiple families of vehicles globally on the Agriculture Cleaning and African Swine Fever Sanitization (ACAS) program. The Master Scheduler III develops and maintains a master production schedule for the organization, analyzes forecasts of customer needs, capacity to provide deliverables, and inventory levels to ensure deadlines are met and costs contained to the maximum extent possible. ***Important Note*** : Selected candidates **without** an **ACTIVE German/E.U. Work Visa** will be required to work the **first 60 days** in a **Temporary role** while obtaining their Visa **.** Once an E.U. Work Visa is approved, then you will be offered a **Full-Time German Contract** . If accepted, then you will be subjected to paying German taxes, obtaining German Healthcare, and working within the guidelines of the German labor system. **Responsibilities include but are not limited to:** + They work closely with various departments such as software development, procurement, and customer service to coordinate their activities and ensure smooth execution of the production schedule. + They monitor and report on the status of events scheduled and adjust as necessary to meet changing demand or capacity constraints. + The Master Scheduler III is an SME with extensive experience in commercial or DoD program environments, with proficiency in MS Project or other project management software. + They interact with Mission Partner Portfolio Directors. The Master Scheduler III supervises and mentors subordinate project and Team ManTech staff. **Required Qualifications** : + 12+ years of position relevant experience + Bachelors Degree in related discipline (candidate holding a relevant Master’s degree may be granted 2 years’ experience credit for that extra education. A candidate holding a relevant PhD degree may be granted 4 years’ experience credit or High School Diploma with 16 years of expeience ) + Valid Driver’s License **Desired Qualifications:** + Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, Management Sciences, or related discipline + Experienced in Microsoft Office Suite, Project, and/or SharePoint. Experience in data, project, and time management + Experience in strategy and problem solving. Experience with logistics data analytics, metrics collection, and reporting **Clearance Requirements:** + Must have active Public Trust clearance. **Physical Requirements:** + Must be able to balance, bend, carry, crouch, stretch and kneel. + Must be able to push, pull, and reach. + Must be able to work in high noise areas. + Must be able to lift 50lbs and small parts. + Must be able to work with computers and CRTs, and type on a computer keyboard.
