Summary:

McIntire Solutions, LLC is seeking a Master Scheduler to assist our IC customer developing and implementing a cloud cyber security strategy; including full lifecycle development and deployment of enterprise cyber security solutions.  The master scheduler will be responsible for developing and maintaining an integrated master schedule linking with other schedules and reflecting external dependencies.  Limited travel is required. 

Responsibilities:

Development of MS Project Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).Linking of other MS Project schedules to the customer IMS to reflect external dependencies.Provision of scheduling support and training to other entities as required.

Required Qualifications:

Current/active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph.Eight (8) years of experience with 2 years of hands-on integrated master schedule experience or 5+ years of integrated master schedule experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.Hands-on experience with MS Project project and program schedule management across the entire life cycle of information systems from initial requirements baselines to system end-of-life; must have hands-on experience developing and maintaining an IMS.Experience assessing the impact of configuration management (CM) and request for change (RFC) review and assessment and management processes on internal and external schedules.Must have experience with MS Project server.Must have familiarity with the Program Management Framework (PMF) and Risk Management Framework (RMF).Must have experience tracking and reporting status of project milestones, baseline slips, and re-plan actions affecting the IMS-controlled baseline and pertinent schedules.Must be able and willing to brief schedule performance reviews and to develop schedule performance metrics for senior customers. 

Desired Qualifications:

Scheduling experience with a Government customer.Scheduling performance with a Government customer at the Flag Officer/General Officer and/or Senior Executive Service (SES) or Senior National Intelligence Service (SNIS).
