For more information, visit our website , or connect with us on LinkedIn . **Responsibilities** + Plan and Prepare Master Production Schedules for production lines to meet Shipping Dates + Collaborate with plant personnel to identify initiatives and best methods for performance improvements. + Maximize machine efficiencies while maintaining appropriate inventory levels to meet requirements. + Monitor Work Order component inventory and release work orders to manufacturing. + Monitor aging and obsolete inventory and work toward resolution. + Work with purchasing to ensure raw material supplies are sufficient and received as needed for production planning. + Work with Customer Service and Sales to prepare timelines and address any supply challenges/issues + Maintain an accurate up-to-date production plan + Utilize planning tools to ensure an accurate forward-looking plan. + Complete other reasonable tasks and projects related to job purview as needed. **Qualifications** + BS Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business or related field or equivalent work experience + 2 years Production scheduling experience + Knowledge and understanding of Supply Chain Concepts and applications + Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Manufacturing Software + Ability to work independently under pressure and react quickly to changing priorities as the business demands We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, status as a veteran, and basis of disability or any other federal, state or local protected class.
