Job Overview
 As a GYMGUYZ Master Trainer, you'll be pivotal in expanding our business and delivering outstanding fitness training to our clients. Leveraging your deep fitness knowledge and results-oriented experience, you'll champion our brand and craft customized training programs to meet each client’s unique needs. Building strong connections with prospective clients during assessments is key, as you will confidently present our services, address any concerns, close sales, and actively drive new business. Additionally, you may have the chance to mentor and develop team members, contributing to their professional growth and our collective success. 
Responsibilities  Deliver personalized in-home and on-site training sessions tailored to clients' diverse fitness levels and goals. Generate new business through innovative marketing strategies and outreach efforts. Promote the GYMGUYZ brand to both individual and corporate prospects, showcasing our unique value proposition. Conduct initial client assessments and effectively close sales. Perform regular reassessments and manage renewal sales to maintain client engagement. Travel to and from client locations for training sessions. Manage appointments and schedules efficiently using our scheduling app. Participate in monthly team meetings and perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Nationally recognized personal training certification (e.g., ISSA, NASM, ACE, ACSM).  CPR/AED certification. Previous sales experience in the fitness industry. Demonstrated knowledge of exercise physiology, anatomy, and nutrition.  Willingness to travel to clients' homes and work flexible hours.  Team player or collaborative with others. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  Compensation: $40.00 - $60.00 per hour
