As part of the Innovative Medicine Transcend program, you will have the outstanding opportunity to be a key player in the modernization of our foundational master data processes for R&D! Transcend is a global business transformation program that will modernize our foundational transactional processes and harmonize them into one “clean” ERP as a standardized platform for growth and efficiency gains. The program will simplify the Innovative Medicine ERP landscape from 7 to 1, standardizing processes in order to have a cost effective, fit for purpose digital backbone that will enable us to support the Innovative Medicine business with agility. Additionally, the program will remediate the end-of-life system exposure that we risk towards the end of this decade. Driven by Supply Chain, this program is of critical importance to R&D, as R&D’s labs, pilot plants and Clinical Supply Chain heavily rely on the Supply Chain SAP platforms. Role Description + We are looking for a Master Data Manager R&D in support of IM Transcend. In this role you will be leading the data workstream end to end as part of the R&D Transcend team and ensure R&D and clinical data requirements are included in the scope of Transcend IM. + You will work with the Transcend Global Template Owner and workstream for master data and migration, as well as with the R&D functional leads (plan&source, make, quality, deliver and customer excellence, finance, study master, end to end integration). The key data objects are material master, vendor and customer master, amongst other data in support of the functional pillars. + You will be part of the program master data governance forum representing R&D. + You will lead the migration strategy for R&D and work closely with JJT on data related integration topics. Key Responsibilities + Lead the R&D Transcend data workstream and deliver the deliverables for this workstream as part of the Transcend program. + Create the R&D Master Data & Data migration strategy aligned with the global Transcend template owners + You will be responsible to create the deliverables for master data as defined by the program (Business user Stories, key design decisions, data definition document, data flow mapping…). + Create Transcend R&D Data Concept Book + Support preparation of the build and different testing phases + Act as change agent towards the business stakeholders **Qualifications** + A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Biology, Logistics or Information Technology is required or equivalent experience. + Project Management Institute (PMI) or equivalent certification is an asset. + APICS Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) certification is an asset. Experience and Skills Required + Minimum of 6-8 years of related work experience. + Advanced use of SAP with focus on master data processes and workflow. + Good understanding of supply chain end to end (business process linkages across Plan, Source, Make, Deliver, Finance and Master Data). + Good track record of successfully implementing global business templates. + Experience with data migration. + Good interpersonal and project management skills. + Global, end-to-end attitude is required as we work in global virtual teams. + Ability to think transformational (no status quo). + Understanding of the GxP, compliancy rules for Pharma and/or Clinical . + Excellent verbal and written English communication and presentation skills. + Flexibility to travel as needed to support global implementation efforts Preferred: + Experience working in a global/regional setting, or experience in a large-scale business transformation program. + Understanding of Clinical Trial management. + Experience with Agile methodology and program deployment methodology including Jira.
