Maintenance master Craftsman - Lubbock Tx
This is an hourly, non-exempt position.

Job Summary:
Perform and direct mechanical repairs or fabrication in a safe, effective and efficient manner.

Essential Job Functions:Conducts job tasks with a positive, safe attitude and maintains a safe work record.Extensive knowledge of drives, motors, sheaves and general mechanical operationsResponsible for maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing machineryMaintains a good attendance recordWork rotating shifts of various lengths including weekends and holidaysWork on call scheduleMaintains good communication with all plant personnel.
