SUMMARY:
To be well versed and an expert in the field of Massage Therapy as described by the Laws of the State of Nevada. To deliver exceptional guest service to all guests of the Golden Nugget Spa and Salon and maintain a clean and healthful environment for delivering services according to the Policies, Procedures, and Protocols listed on our Menu of Services. This position must also exhibit a high level of professional and personalized guest service that embodies the Company’s brand standard and core values (K.E.E.P. – Kindness, Engagement, Empathy and Positivity). 
 
 
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

Know, understand, and adhere to the policies, procedures, and SOP’s of the Spa Operations Department and the Golden Nugget Corporation.Provide and maintain exceptional guest service standards to all guests of the Spa including courtesy, sincerity and enthusiasm.Be knowledgeable of all products used in Service Protocols and Sold in Retail to be able to make recommendations to clients.Maintain a clean and orderly work area.Maintain current licenses and continuing education requirements essential to job performance and Nevada State LicensingMaintain a clean and safe work environment for guests and employees.Clean, stock and maintain massage rooms with all supplies necessary to perform services listed on our Menu of Services.Properly perform massages in a professional and timely manner.Perform massages as requested in alternate areas (i.e. guest rooms, poolside, etc.)Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested. 
QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

 Minimum of 1 year experience in a Resort Spa environmentCurrent Nevada State Board of Massage Therapy LicenseMinimum age requirement is 21High School Diploma or GED

Esthetician

To deliver exceptional guest service to all guests of the Spa and Salon at the Golden Nugget Las Vegas and maintain a clean and healthful environment for delivering services according to the Policies, Procedures, and Protocols.  This position must also exhibit a high level of professional and personalized guest service that embodies the Company’s brand standard and core values (K.E.E.P. – Kindness, Engagement, Empathy and Positivity).

 Facials, aromatherapy, body treatments, massaging, analyzing, ordering, stocking facial supplies, extractions, applying make-up, waxing, tinting eyebrows and eyelashes.Be knowledgeable of all products used in Service Protocols and Sold in Retail to be able to make recommendations to clients on all phases of esthetics.Maintain a clean and orderly work area.Maintain current licenses and continuing education requirements essential to job performance and Licensing.
