What you’ll do
We will look to you to develop and provide therapeutic massage programming for hospice patients. You’ll prepare and blend oils to provide the ultimate relaxation experience. You will have the opportunity to build trusting-relationships with patients and their families by professionally and promptly responding to any specific requests or concerns. Your job is to enhance the physical, mental and psychosocial well-being of each hospice patient requesting your services!
What it takes
Gradate of an accredited massage therapy training program requiredCurrent unencumbered license for the state of Ohio to practice as a Massage Therapist requiredCurrent Board Certified in Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (BCTMB) designation from the National Board of Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (NCBTMB) is a plusTwo years experience in massage therapy requiredExperience in a home health, hospice, long-term care, or other healthcare setting required Valid driver’s license, insurance and acceptable driving record Location InformationOhio Living Home Health and Hospice in Greater Columbus is a premier provider in Delaware, Fairfield, Franklin, Licking, Madison, Pickaway and Union counties offering hospice and palliative care, private-duty home care, long-term nursing care, physical/speech/occupational therapies, home health aides, social work services, medication administration, wound care management, IV therapy and more.
