Marketplace Marketing Manager, Hardlines
We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Marketplace Marketing Manager to accelerate the growth of our business. This role will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies to drive seller success and marketplace growth. This position is based in Egypt.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and implement comprehensive marketing programs that drive seller acquisition, activation, and growth on our marketplace platform
- Develop and execute strategic initiatives to increase seller conversion rates and enhance their success on the platform
- Create and manage seller-focused campaigns, incentive programs, and educational content to boost marketplace participation
- Analyze marketplace performance metrics and seller behavior to identify growth opportunities and optimize marketing strategies
- Drive seller participation in deals and promotional events through effective communication and engagement strategies
- Analyze deal performance metrics and optimize promotional strategies to increase conversion rates
- Lead cross-functional projects with technical teams, business development, and operations to launch new seller-focused features and programs
- Design and execute marketplace events, workshops, and webinars to engage and educate sellers
- Tracking and analyzing customer needs based on customer behaviors including searching, browsing and purchasing, identifying problems and opportunities and responding accordingly, engaging the cross-functional team where necessary
- Planning and executing the site merchandising calendar. This includes email programs, new product launches, cross-category placements, developing and executing Amazon site-wide events, browse tree design and search results
- Develop merchandising for large store-wide promotions, and work closely with Category and Marketing to schedule promotions
- Create emails, category pages, brand stores, campaigns, and develop and manage free search improvement projects
- Synthesize and analyze relevant content metrics
- Propose new traffic-driving content strategies
- Regularly develop, test and analyze new merchandising tactics that sell products across all categories and increase conversion rates, documenting the results and sharing best practices with the team
