The Marketing Systems Analyst is a high-performing contributor who works to facilitate and support application functional specifications and projects by analyzing business requirements and project objectives. This role works on functions and projects by utilizing strong knowledge of industry practices and standards and influencing others within the job area to resolve routine issues and develop innovative solutions to enhance work and address business challenges.
Duties and Responsibilities of the Position:
Oversee requirements and technical design for the implementation of new marketing tools and applications. Act as a technical program manager on strategic initiatives. Create project plans, identify and document business processes and technical dependencies, facilitate user acceptance testing, and communicate project status. Advocate for and maintain expertise in Dal-Tile Marketing tech stack. Work with stakeholders across the company, including marketing, sales, and IT to understand business needs and translate them into effective technology requirements and design. Identify bottlenecks and suggest improvements to enhance the efficiency of marketing operations. Provide training and enablement support to marketing teams to drive the adoption and efficiency of new solutions. Find ways to assess and apply innovative ideas to enhance business results. Discuss best practices for system projects across multiple methodologies: waterfall, agile, SCRUM, etc. Collaborate cross-functionally to evaluate technical, system, and process improvements. Perform other duties as needed.
Required Experience and Education:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred. 4-6 years relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience. At least 3 years of experience in software business analysis or consulting. At least 3 years of experience in Content Management Solutions, CRM, or PIM systems. (Sitecore, Salesforce, Stib,o or Salsify)

Requires in-depth conceptual and practical knowledge in own job discipline. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential data. Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite products. Flexible attitude, adaptable to change, team player, and able to handle multiple projects at once. A high degree of professionalism, judgment, maturity, and resourcefulness in the absence of formalized guidelines and procedures.
