Marketing Strategy Manager

Strategic Planning Leadership:

Support Director of Marketing Strategy in developing scalable media strategies that include brand, B2C, B2B, and operational components.Utilize quantitative and qualitative research to guide strategy development and clearly communicate that strategy across the enterprise to create buy-in.Conduct discovery efforts to identify opportunities, quantify business impact, and provide solution recommendations for new initiatives.Regular coordination with service line and division stakeholders to understand business objectives and clearly identify success metrics to be supported by larger media and marketing strategies.

 Media Planning & Innovation:

Develop recurring media & advertising strategies for enterprise and division led brand initiatives.Drive disruptive innovation, with support of the agency of record and creative agency, to position company Healthcare as the true leader in the healthcare marketing space.Assess internal ad operations to identify & implement efficiencies in the media planning and ad trafficking space.Lead first-to-market creative and media strategies that drive brand awareness, equity, and engagement.

Performance Marketing:

Works with marketing services organization to build systems to transform raw data into actionable business insights.Ensure timely and integrated reporting of media performance in an actionable and insightful manner.Develop data driven A/B testing strategies to create more actionable understanding of media value and drive strategic decision making.Work with peers in consumer insights, marketing & corporate affairs, and digital strategy to define objectives and KPIs around brand marketing activities.Develop standardized reporting (monthly, quarterly, annually, etc.) processes and metrics that keep goals, objectives and performance both visible & accessible for stakeholders across the enterprise.

 

Additional Core Responsibilities:

Serve as advisor and thought leader to internal business units on marketing strategy, business impact and opportunity identification and assessment.Become a go-to source for marketing resources and information by taking a leadership role in sharing best practices and enterprise knowledge of team members, skills, capabilities, and tools.
