We are looking for a collaborative, highly motivated, energetic, thoughtful, and creative professional to join our Consulting Marketing team to design and lead our Content Strategy that fosters the Deloitte Sustainability Strategic Growth Offering's brand awareness, education, engagement, and connectivity to meet our long-term ambitions.

Work you’ll do

As a member of our Consulting Marketing team, you will work closely with team members and business stakeholders to coordinate overarching content direction in support of Deloitte’s growth strategy for the Sustainability Strategic Growth Offering (SGO), with potential to expand into other topics. Your work will involve:

Developing and overseeing holistic, omnichannel content strategy and “single source of truth” across the SGO throughout the year, working closely with campaign managers to track content development plans via an editorial calendar and expand on opportunities for further content creation to distinguish our Deloitte Sustainability brand. This includes:Working closely with marketing leads to ensure content plans by activation are coordinated with the sustainability overarching content plan and calendar.Closely coordinating with campaign managers for content consistency across a variety of channels (ex. social, online, paid media, events and summits and Integrated Offering-led campaigns).Developing content plans for major media sponsorships, coordinated with campaign marketing owners, and working to maximize the relationship via client stories, research, and eminence.Working closely with paid advertising efforts to promote coordination and consistency across channels.Working with web lead to provide feedback/stay apprised of web content development to better inform overall content strategy plans.Identifying opportunities for content development, informed by campaign performance, audience engagement, and demand sensing data. Working closely with the Brand team lead to identify and execute brand-building content in addition to topical campaigns.Tracking, and supporting the optimization of channels and vehicles in support of strategic business priorities to maximize impact; liaising with appropriate teams to collect and analyze data to support decision-making around strategic pivots.Supporting ongoing best practice sharing, lessons learned and team "wins" across internal stakeholders / cohorts in support of operational excellence across the organization, such as:Ideating and exploring creative and innovative approaches to engage and / or target various audiencesIdentifying and operationalizing opportunities to drive process efficiencies and keep the team organizedLeveraging technologies designed to enhance the impact of the content organization

Qualifications Include:

Content Direction professional with a minimum of 5-7 years relevant experienceBachelor’s degree with a focus in marketing, communications, journalism, public relations, business, English or related fieldExcellent project management and leadership skills, with an ability to set direction and maintain the team’s focus on delivering campaign strategies and content plans in a timely mannerDetail-oriented with impeccable organizational skills, and fantastic follow-throughAbility to work in a matrixed organization with a cross-functional, virtual team; experience in large corporate settings and/or professional services a plusAnalytical mindset that can interpret data into meaningful insightsExcellent verbal and written communication skills—including effective storytelling, and content developmentAbility to work in a highly-matrixed B2B environmentAbility to take complex information and transform it into clear, concise, well-organized planA true team player who is passionate about taking content strategy to the next levelCollaborative problem solver; motivated, energetic, and persistent with a side of flexibilityMust thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environmentProficient in MS Office suite—including Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and One Drive; knowledge of the latest marketing and content planning platforms a plusTravel up to 10%

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $102,750-$171,250.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
