Marketing Specialist IV

Our client, operates in the data storage and technology industry is seeking a Marketing Specialist IV to join their team.
**Job Title:** Marketing Specialist IV
**Location:** San Jose, CA
**Pay Range:** $50-$60
Key Responsibilities:
+ Manage website projects, interface with stakeholders, and coordinate with various cross-functional teams to implement intake and vetting requests, scheduling, and resourcing projects.
+ Set up and run weekly team project status meetings.
+ Ensure quality control of deliverables by following checks and balances systems to maintain accuracy.
+ Support digital asset management and marketing automation systems, working cross-functionally to optimize workflows, communicate, train, and promote the utilization of these systems as part of the Marcom asset development/consumption lifecycle.
+ Manage third-party paid campaigns, interface with stakeholders, and coordinate with various cross-functional teams for implementation.
Qualifications:
+ Ability to manage multiple projects, deliverables, and deadlines simultaneously.
+ Strong understanding of marketing, value propositions, branding, and marketing communications strategies and tactics.
+ Expertise in project management practices and techniques.
+ Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
+ Experience with Adobe AEM and Asana is a plus.
+ Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field
Qualifications:
+ Additional certifications or advanced coursework in marketing or project management.
+ Web content management.
+ Marketing and advertising expertise.
+ Database management.
+ Documenting budgets and ROI analysis
