Your role and responsibilitiesWe are seeking a dynamic Marketing Trainee to support our Global Marketing Manager in driving innovative marketing initiatives for our collaborative robot (cobot) product line. This traineeship offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced, global marketing environment, perfect for someone eager to develop their skills in content creation, campaign management, and sales enablement.The work model for the role is: #LI-HybridThis role is contributing to the Robotics Division in Sesto San Giovanni (MI). You will be mainly accountable for:• Creating Engaging Content: Planning, creating, and distributing engaging content across multiple platforms to enhance brand visibility and engagement, including developing articles, blogs, newsletters, and social media posts tailored to target audiences.• Designing Sales Collateral: Collaborating in designing and updating marketing materials, such as PowerPoint presentations and brochures, ensuring all sales collateral aligns with the brand’s messaging and quality standards.• Managing Collaborative Marketing Space: Organizing and maintaining our collaborative marketing space (Showpad), ensuring content is up-to-date, easily accessible, and relevant for internal stakeholders.• Executing Lead Generation Campaigns: Supporting the planning, execution, and monitoring of global lead generation campaigns, analyzing campaign performance, and providing insights to optimize results.• Collaborating on Co-Marketing Activities: Working with key partners on joint marketing initiatives, including co-branded campaigns, events, and content development, ensuring alignment of messaging and branding with partner organizations to maximize impact.
Qualifications for the roleRecent graduate or final-year student in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. You have strong written and verbal communication skills. You are proficient in MS Office Suite, especially PowerPoint. You have familiarity with design tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar is a plus. Knowledge of digital marketing and lead generation principles. You are highly organized with an eye for detail and have a proactive attitude. You are a team player and eagerness to learn and take initiative in diverse marketing tasks.
