The Marketing Specialist will work closely with the IMEA marketing team and commercial leaders to develop content and coordinate activities aligned with the market segment strategy. Their efforts will focus on strengthening the H.B. Fuller brand, expanding the digital presence, and driving demand for the company’s products and services across the IMEA region.
PRIMARY DUTIESSupport HHC customer or industry related events within the IMEA region (trade shows, conferences, open days at our HBF facilities, etc.): Work with regional strategic marketing and commercial team members to identify event needs and support the execution within the budgeted spend for the event.Create marketing content and promotional materials according to brand guidelines: Support the HHC market segments in IMEA with updated sell sheets, presentations, videos, blogs, graphics and other promotional materials.Collaborate with strategic marketing team to develop a comprehensive product launch marcom strategy.Develop comprehensive digital marketing plans aligned with overall business and marketing goals.Manage and grow social media channels, including content creation, posting, and audience engagement.Run paid digital/social media advertising campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.Create, send, and optimize email campaigns to nurture leads and drive customer retention.Manage a content calendar to ensure timely delivery of materials for campaigns and eventsAllocate and manage digital marketing budgets effectively to maximize ROIEMPLOYEES SUPERVISEDNone. BUDGETARY/FINANCIAL ACCOUNTABILITYThe role holder is responsible for executing marketing activities within the budget communicated to them by the Strategic Marketer, lead Regional Marketer, or the Segment Leader.
